TODAY’S COFFEES roasted in San Diego on 5/17/24:

MEMLI COFFEE LAB: Ethiopia Sidama Bombe Kebele, 74158 varietal, natural process, slow dried 20 days.

DAVID’S COFFEE ROASTING: Half and Half blend, Costa Rica, Colombia and Papua New Guinea, some roasted light, some dark in the Italian mixed roast style. Few if any roasters in San Diego offer this kind of mixed blend, unfortunately. This coffee seems promising.

COMMON GOOD: Colombia Antioquia, city roast (medium) optimal for drip methods.
