VIGILANTE: Burundi Gisoko, Bourbon varietal, washed process, light roast. Roaster recommends all brew methods, at a 1:15 coffee/water ratio at 203 degrees F, max. Burundi is uncommon, sadly, and worth the experimentation. http://vigilantecoffee.com
