TODAY’S COFFEES roasted in San Diego on 11/26/24:
BIRD ROCK: A flurry of roasting at Birdy’s now with Kenya Kamwangi AA, SL-28, SL-34, around 5% of the Ruiru 11 variety. This is one way some coffee growers are responding to climate crisis in the coffee regions. Washed process, light roast. Panama Boquete Creative Coffee District, Blue Label at Bird Rock, Gesha varietal, natural process, wildly expensive, light roast.
