TODAY’S COFFEES roasted in San Diego on 3/19/26:
MEMLI COFFEE LAB: Panama Boquete; Maragogype varietal. Maragogype is a derivative of Typica varietal; the beans are unusually large and often deliver delicate and fine flavors, though they are harder to raise and more prone to Rust diseases, which make them less desirable for growers. None the less, they are prized by some. Nicaragua and Panama are their usual homes. http://memlicoffee.com
WIPEOUT: Nicaragua organic, light roast. Guatemala organic, medium roast. Espresso dark roast. http://wipeoutcoffee.com
ACENTO: El Idolo blend. http://acentocoffeeroasters.com
ARCIDIACONO: 7 Bean Espresso roast. Very dark. http://arcicoffee.com
ELIXIR: Screaming Goat espresso. http://elixirespressobar.com
