Cafe Bassam in Banker’s Hill offers a new way to dispense coffee–in wine glasses. The glass offers the same volume as a mug, is easier and quicker to wash and sterilize and saves the cost of cup sleeves and paper cups. Clientele seems to approve the innovation.
