COMMON GOOD: Sumatra Suku Batak, City Roast (medium tending dark) recommended for espresso, manual and drip brew methods. A versatile coffee. Mexico El Mezcal, City Roast, drip brew recommended.

MANZANITA: Peru El Palto natural/dry process; Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Pache and Typica varietals, certified Organic. Ethiopia Danche grade 1, Wolisho and Dega varietals, natural process, light roast and suggested as pour over or filter cup. Dega is not a common varietal; this one may be of unusual interest if you like the rare and unusual in your cup.

VIGILANTE: Ethiopia Nano Genji washed method process, Ethiopia Landraces varietal, light roast, recommended for filter cup and pour over at coffee/water ratio of 1:15 at 205 degrees F.

MIXED GROUNDS: Brazil Oberon Cerrado, Mundo Novo, Catuai and Bourbon varietals, natural process. China Guiben natural process, Catimor varietal, light roast.

MODERN TIMES: Secret Beach Summer Blend, Kenya/Ethiopia coffees, washed process, light roast.
