Brazil Oberon Ayabas: From Cerrado. Chocolate, peanut butter, bright, creamy and balanced.

El Salvador Chantuc Farm Strictly High Grown (SHG) Plus: From a third-generation farm with a minimum-to-no fertilizer approach. Brown sugar, grapes, chocolate; citric acidity, good body.

Guatemala FECCEG Fairtrade Organic: This co-op oversees 12 smaller ones, encouraging quality and income diversity. Chocolate, honey, berries; citric acidity, smooth body.

Indonesia Sumatra G1 TP Organic: Produced by Mahara, an exciting, young cooperative in Gayo. Chocolate, herbal, berries, earthy; bright acidity, velvety body.

Mexico Chiapas Turquesa HG EP: Classic morning cup from smallholders near the San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations. Honey, grape, chocolate, tropical fruits; winey acidity, good body.

Tanzania Zanzibar Peaberry Plus: A blend of peaberries from estates across Tanzania. Stone fruits, vanilla, green tea, caramel; citric acidity, juicy body. Relatively high caffein content.
