TODAY’S COFFEES roasted in San Diego on 2/6/26:
FREQUENT: Colombia Tulima, El Vergel Estate, Red and Yellow Caturra varietals, anaerobic ferment process, Sugarcane EA decaffing method, light roast. http://frequentcoffee.com
RED, WHITE & BADASS BREW: Fleet Week Roast, Paul Revere Midnight Run Roast, Whiskey Business Brew, M.O.A.B coffee. http://rwbbcoffee.com
BIRD ROCK: Panama Esmeralda Leon Geisha….this again…fermented process. Since ’04, the spec coffee trade has elevated this coffee to amazing heights; winning awards left and right and showering praise upon it, which is why this sells for $95 for 4 oz. And it’s a light roast, too. Birdy claims they’re roasting and shipping later in the week, but the distinctive scent of toasty Geisha from the chimney at the roastery on Morena says otherwise. Bring money. http://birdrockcoffee.com
DAVID’S: Tanzania Peaberry; Papua New Guinea Peaberry; Espresso Milano–Sumatra, Brazil, Guatemala and India Robusta blended with the dark roasted Arabicas. http://davidsroasting.com
ARCIDIACONO: 7 Bean Espresso blend. Very dark roast. http://arcicoffee.com
