BIRD ROCK: Panama Montana Geisha varietal, grown at high mountain levels, said to impose unique taste characteristics to the bean–claim by the roaster. Natural process, light roast. Panama La Esmeralda Geisha varietal; a coffee that has won numerous awards by spec/cof/orgs for years; likely for its taste resemblence to Bergamot tea. Natural process, light roast.
