NOTE: On July 31, the White House issued an executive order modifying reciprocal tariff rates under its International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). These changes will take effect tomorrow, Thursday, Aug. 7, and apply to green, roasted, soluble and decaffeinated coffee.
